CBRE hired to develop office tower economy in Lujiazui

The administration of Lujiazui Financial and Trade Zone, which is part of the Shanghai Pilot Free Trade Zone, signed a contract with CBRE Group, Inc last week, hiring the US commercial real estate company as its strategic consultant to help develop the so-called “office tower economy.”
The two parties will work together to improve the business environment in Lujiazui, foster a number of brands, and provide better services to office tower tenants.
CBRE Group, Inc will use its global network and professional teams to provide real estate services for tenant companies in Lujiazui area, share information with the administration, provide staff training, and organize related forums.
Hang Yingwei, mayor of Pudong New Area; Jian Danian, Shanghai Pilot Free Trade Zone inspector; Bob Sulentic, president and CEO of CBRE Group, Inc; Ben Duncan, CBRE president for North Asia; Wang Hua, director of the Lujiazui Financial and Trade Zone; and Sun Dongping, president of real-estate startup Dongjiu China, joined the signing ceremony.
